GDPR

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the new data protection regulation that replaces the Personal Data Act and is valis as law in all EU member states as of May 25, 2018. The act is designed to strengthen the rights of the individual in terms of personal integrity.

The law applies to all processing of personal data. Any record whereby a person can be identified directly of indirectly, for example

• Email Address
• Buying history linked to individual
• Address Data
• Picture of person
• Customer service description

 

We save following personal data:

Customers: First name, Last name, Company/Organization, Email, Personal code-/Corporate number, VAT number, Address, Postal code, City, Country, Phone number.

Orders: ip-address, Email, Personal code-/Corporate numer, VAT number, Address, Company, First name, Last name, Postal code, City, Phone number. 

As a customer you can request withdrawals, change or deletion of these records whenever you want.
