Refund policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you any exchange.
Hygiene is the number one priority for us and therefore all purchases of underwear are considered ‘final sale’. We do replace items if defective or damaged.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original package, with all attachments and labels. The products must not have been used, worn, washed, dirtied or damaged and must not show signs of use, which complies with the legislation and the Swedish Consumer Agency.
To start the return process send us an email hello@pleasetheswede.com, with a photo of the product you want to return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you are informed by email from us that you are entitled to exchange your product, send the item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
